Overview
The online all-in-one detector is a GY/VGD-200-4M-G (NH3/CL2/CO2/EX) model detection instrument produced by GUOYUGRA. It adopts low power consumption Modular design and intelligent Sensor detection technology. It has an overall flameproof (d) structure and fixed Installation method. Standard configuration includes LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, supports customized products and Output signal fine-tuning, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance. The detector is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, fire protection, coal mine, cement, lame plating, metal sanding, electric power, shipping, environmental protection, telecommunications, biochemical medical and other industries.

Principle
The on-line all-in-one detector adopts diffusion or optional pump-suction Sampling method to detect the target gas based on the principle of catalytic combustion and electrochemistry detection. High Accuracy signal output and stable performance are achieved by processing data through intelligent Sensor and MCU chip.

Steps
1. Install the detector and connect the cable
2. Connect DC24V Power Supply
3. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating and other parameters through remote control or interface
4. Monitor LCDTFT display data
5. Connect to PLC, DCS and other systems or linkage control equipment as needed

• Operating voltage range is DC12V~ 30V to ensure stable power supply
• Working Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 10-95% RH (non-condensing)
Sensor life is 2-3 years, depending on Operating Environment
• When connecting the cable, choose three-core Shielding cable for 4~ 20mA, four-core for RS485, and when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer is connected to the earth
• Wireless transmission can be equipped with built-in or external modules, and remote data transmission requires optional GPRS/4G modules
• Alarm settings support two-level alarm and multiple Alarm modes
• Electrical interface default M20X1.5 internal thread, optional 3/4NPT, 1/2NPT
