Principle
The on-line all-in-one detector adopts diffusion or optional pump-suction Sampling method, and the detection principle includes catalytic combustion, electrochemistry, and infrared NDIR. The instrument detects the gas concentration through the intelligent Sensor, and processes the data through the MCU chip, and outputs 4-20mA, RS485, switch and other signals to realize gas monitoring and alarm functions.

Steps
1. Install the detector to ensure that it is firmly fixed.
2. Connect the power supply (Operating voltage DC24V, range 12V~ 30V);
3. Output signal line (such as 4-20mA, RS485, switch, etc.);
4. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrate, reset, modify the address code and other parameters through the remote control or display screen;
5. Start the detector and monitor the gas concentration;
6. If there is an alarm, it can be handled through a local sound and light alarm or a remote system.
7. Regularly maintain and calibrate Sensors.
Notice
• Working ambient temperature range is -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity is 10-95% RH (no condensation), avoid using beyond the range;
• When connecting the cable, choose three-core Shielding cable for 4~ 20mA, four-core for RS485, and when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the diameter of a single wire is ≥ 1.5mm. Shielding layer needs to be connected to the earth;
• The explosion-proof form is explosion-proof to ensure correct installation in dangerous places;
• Sensor life is 2~ 10 years, check and replace regularly according to Operating Environment;
• Alarm settings support two-level alarm, can customize Alarm mode;
When selecting wireless transmission, ensure module compatibility and signal stability.
• Avoid use in a strong electromagnetic interference environment to prevent abnormal signals;
• Regular functional testing and calibrating to ensure detection accuracy.
