Overview
The in-line all-in-one detector is a fixed-mounted detection instrument of model GY/VGD-200-4M-G (CO2/N2/O2/EX) produced by GUOYUGRA. It adopts low-power Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology and overall flameproof (d) structure. Standard configuration includes LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output. It supports customized products and Output signal fine-tuning, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance. The detector has a rugged explosion-proof shell and is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy and other industries.

Principle
The in-line all-in-one detector adopts diffusion or optional pump-suction Sampling method. The detection principle includes catalytic combustion, electrochemistry and infrared NDIR. Gas detection, data conversion and signal output are realized through intelligent Sensor and MCU chip.

Steps
1. Install the detector to ensure that the explosion-proof housing and electrical interface are properly connected.
2. Connect Power Supply DC24V (range 12V~ 30V).
3. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrate, reset, modify the address code and other parameters through the remote control or display screen.
4. Select Output signal type (such as 4-20mA, RS485, switch), and connect to the corresponding Control system.
5. Start detection, monitor gas concentration, perform maintenance and calibrate if necessary.
Notice
• Operating ambient temperature range is -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 10-95% RH (no condensation).
Sensor life is about 2 to 3 years, depending on the Operating Environment.
• When connecting the cable, choose three-core Shielding cable for 4~ 20mA, four-core for RS485, and when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm. Shielding layer needs to be grounded.
• The explosion-proof form is explosion-proof to ensure that the installation meets the explosion-proof requirements.
Alarm settings support two levels of alarm, can customize Alarm mode.
• Optional Accessories such as Power Adapter or wireless module need to be configured according to requirements.
• Regularly check detection errors, Repeatability and Linearity to ensure stable performance.
