Overview
LIULING CH-12.7-CSX digital display 1/100 Wire and cable multi-head thickness gauge is mainly used for the measurement of film thickness of insulation and sheath materials of cables, wires and flexible wires, as well as film thickness of vulcanized rubber and plastic products. The instrument refers to the implementation of GB/T 2951.1-1997 national standards and HG/T2041-2009 Ministry of Chemical Industry industry standards, with simple structure, convenient use and mass reliability.

Principle
The thickness gauge contacts the surface of the material to be measured through a probe with a specific pressure, and uses a digital display device to accurately measure and display its Film thickness value.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate probe according to the tested material and install it.
2. Lightly place the probe on the surface of the material to be tested.
