Principle
The Working Principle of Experimental Automatic Film Applicator is to uniformly Spreader the sample on the substrate to form the desired film by controlling the Spreader head and Spreader parameters.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and samples
2. Set application length and Spreader speed parameters
3. Fix the substrate to the coating table
4. Start the device for automatic filming
5. Remove the sample after finishing the film

• The coating table material can be aluminum alloy or Glass, if the specified material needs to be confirmed with customer service
• The coating speed can be stepless speed regulation, the range is 1~ 300mm/s
