Overview
TBJ-X3-DJ32 Automatic Film Applicator is a small Spreader test equipment for China experiments, with heating and Vacuum chuck functions, Coating size is 400 * 600mm. The equipment supports two coating methods of bar and Drawdown blade, standard High Accuracy Mayer Rods, by controlling the speed and stable pressure to ensure the uniformity and smoothness of the Spreader, improve film reproducibility, suitable for R & D institutions and scientific research institutions.

Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator achieves uniform Spreader by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the steady pressure applied to the film applicator. The Vacuum chuck system fixates the substrate to ensure that the substrate does not shift during the Spreader process. The automatic feeding system uses the principle of outflow of air source pressure to control the amount of material by adjusting the air pressure and the running speed of the discharge port to achieve precise feeding. The heating system maintains the temperature of the coating table and improves the Spreader effect.

Steps
1. Turn on the power of the device and set the Spreader parameters through Touchscreen
2. Place the substrate on the Spreader table and start Vacuum chuck fixation
3. Choose the bar or Blade Coating method as needed
4. Set coating speed and Travel
5. Start the automatic feeding system, adjust the air pressure and speed to control the discharge volume
6. Start the Spreader Process
7. After the Spreader is finished, turn off the device and clean it
Notice
• Make sure the air source pressure is 0.6Mpa before use, and connect the φ 8 trachea
• The maximum pressure of the Mixing Tank is 8Mpa, do not use it beyond the limit
• Heating temperature must not exceed 180 ° C to avoid overheating
• When the thickness of the Spreader substrate is uneven, silicone pads and weight aids can be selected
• Regularly check the vacuum pump and charging system to ensure normal operation
• Customized functions need to confirm compatibility in advance
