Automatic Film Applicator is a device for intermediate coating film in the laboratory. It replaces manual film and automatically films to improve the accuracy and efficiency of film. This Film Applicator is a small film Applicator that can be used in glove boxes. It adopts bar and Drawdown blade double coating methods. The separable tool holder is designed to be easy to clean. Drawdown blades are quickly replaced. Closed-loop motor drive precisely controls the scraping distance and speed. Planetary gear reducer + rack and pinion drive is more reliable and durable.

Principle

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and samples

4. Select coating method (bar or Drawdown blade)
5. Start Film Applicator Spreader
6. Clean the device after finishing the Spreader
