Overview
HuiNuo adjustable fabricator KTQ-300 is a film thickness adjustable Film Applicator. By adjusting the two scale differential heads above the Applicator, the Drawdown blade can be adjusted up and down to control the gap. The gap size is the Coating thickness. The film range is adjustable from 0 to 5000 microns, and the accuracy is +/- 5μm. The frame is made of aluminum hard oxidation, and the Drawdown blade is made of die steel.

Principle
