HuiNuo KTQ Series Adjustable Film Applicator is a new generation of Drawdown blade removable film applicator. Drawdown blade design solves the cleaning problem of high viscosity and easy curing materials. The series provides a variety of application widths from 50mm to 600mm to meet the needs of different application scenarios.

Principle
Based on the principle of differential gap scraping, the device realizes the uniform preparatory of wet-film through the magnetic suction Drawdown blade structure, and uses the green differential head to precisely adjust the Drawdown blade gap to control the film thickness.

Steps
1. Select the desired application width and install the Drawdown blade
2. Adjust the Drawdown blade gap to the target thickness using the Qingliang differential head
3. Place the material to be coated on the substrate
4. Smooth scraping and preparing wet-film
5. Drawdown blade for cleaning
Notice
• Make sure the surface of the substrate is flat and clean before scraping
• Avoid damage to the differential head with excessive force when adjusting the thickness
• Drawdown blade cleaning in time after use to prevent material curing
• Keep the equipment drying during storage to avoid corrosion
• Drawdown blade sharp edges to prevent scratches
