Principle
When the equipment is working, the substrate is stably output from the unwinding device, and through the slot-die Spreader system, the molten polyethylene (PE) plastic is evenly Spreader on the surface of the substrate. Subsequently, the substrate after the Spreader enters the drying system, and the coating is cured by electric heating or hot air circulation. The cured material enters the composite device and is pressed with another layer of substrate under the action of the heated composite rubber roller to form a composite film. Steps
1. Install the substrate reel to be compounded on the unwinding device and adjust the tension.
2. According to the process requirements, set the Spreader parameters (such as Film thickness) of the slot-die Spreader system.
3. Set the heating temperature and drying time of the drying system.
4. Set the heating temperature and bonding pressure of the rubber roller of the composite device.
5. Set the tension and winding speed of the winding device.
6. Start the equipment, start running at low speed, and observe the effects of Spreader, Drying, and Composite.
7. Gradually adjust to the target production speed (1-10m/min) for continuous production.
8. After production, shut down each system in turn and collect the finished film roll.

• This device is suitable for non-elastic materials, do not use for resilience material Spreaders.
• Make sure the Power frequency (220V) matches the equipment requirements before operation.
• When setting the temperature of the drying tunnel and rubber roller, do not exceed the maximum limit of 200 ° C.
