Principle
The mixer drives the internal mixing mechanism (such as blades or spirals) by driving the spindle swirl/spin, so that the different proportions of powdery materials in the tank are convected, shearing and diffused in three-dimensional space, so as to achieve fast and uniform mixing of materials. Its low-speed operation (24rpm) ensures the mildness of the mixing process.

Steps
1. Check the status of the equipment to ensure that the power connection is normal (220V).
2. According to the material characteristics, add the dry or wet powder material to be mixed (between 2L and 6L in total) into the mixing tank.
3. Start the main motor and the device starts mixing at a Rotation speed of 24rpm.
4. After reaching the predetermined mixing time, turn off the power.
5. Tilt the mixing tank manually to complete the pouring and take out the evenly mixed material.
