Overview
QTG 75/100μm double-sided Applicator is a laboratory manual film applicator with U-shaped design, film thickness of 75μm and 100μm, application width 105mm, total length 125mm, film accuracy +/- 2μm. The Applicator is made of high-carbon chromium wear-resistant and anti-corrosion stainless steel. It is tested by imported three-coordinate before leaving the factory for dimensional accuracy to ensure film accuracy. It is suitable for Moulding of glues, Coating paints, inks, polymer materials, etc. It can be equipped with Film Applicator for automatic film scraping.

Principle
The double-sided Applicator is manually scraped onto the substrate to create a uniform wet-film using its U-shaped design and precise thickness control. The film process is based on the Applicator's geometry and material characteristics, ensuring an application width of 105mm with a thickness of 75μm or 100μm and an accuracy of +/- 2μm.
