Principle
The equipment releases the coil through the unwinding mechanism, first through the first comma scraper for Spreader, and then into the three-stage infrared drying oven for preliminary curing; then the second comma scraping, and again into the drying oven to complete the final curing; The material after curing is cooled through the Air-Cooled area, and finally neatly wound by the winding mechanism to complete the entire automated Spreader process.

Steps
1. Unwinding: Install the roll to be Spreader to the unwinding mechanism.
2. First Spreader and Drying: After the material passes through the first comma scraper Spreader, enter the first group of infrared drying ovens (6 meters, divided into 3 sections) for drying.
3. Second Spreader and Drying: The material goes through the second comma scraper to Spreader again, and then enters the second set of infrared drying ovens (6 meters, divided into 3 sections) for final drying.
4. Chill down: The dried material is chilled down through a 1-meter Air-Cooled zone.
5. Winding: The finished product after chilling down is wound by the winding mechanism.
Notice
• Power frequency of the equipment is 380V, total power 45KW, need to ensure that the power supply matches.
• The heating temperature of the drying tunnel and rubber roller can reach up to 200 ° C. Pay attention to high temperature protection during operation.
• Spreader width, speed and Film thickness need to be adjusted within the equipment calibration range (such as effective Spreader width adjustable 100~ 650mm, coating speed 1~ 10m/min).
• The maximum discharge and receipt width of the equipment is 700mm, please do not use it beyond the limit.
• Equipment dimensions (about 17000 * 850 * 1700mm) and weight are subject to actual customization, and sufficient space should be reserved during installation to ensure that the ground bears weight.
• Before operation, please confirm that the auxiliary systems such as deviation correction and traction are working normally.
