TBJ-X3-DJ33 Automatic Film Applicator is a customized Film Applicator with imported accessories and low price, which is favored by multinational R & D institutions, universities and scientific research institutions at home and abroad. By controlling the speed and stable pressure of the Spreader, the uniformity and smoothness of the Spreader coating are guaranteed, which effectively solves the problem of artificial film inconsistency and improves the film reproducibility. The coating format is 500 * 600mm, with heating and Vacuum chuck functions, supports bar and removable Blade Coating, and the heating Temperature range is RT +~ 180 ℃.

Principle
Automatic Film Applicator ensures uniformity and smoothness of Spreader application by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the steady pressure applied to the film applicator. Spreader with bar and removable Drawdown blade, combined with Vacuum chuck fixed substrate, heating system provides temperature control, resulting in accurate wet-film Spreader and improved film reproducibility.
