The Touch Lab TBJ-A1 bar Film Applicator (with automatic feeding system) is a newly upgraded product for Spreader accurate wet-film on different substrates, which can repeatedly and continuously prepare smooth, flat and flawless test samples. After the equipment was put into the market, it has been favored by many familiar companies, R & D institutions, Universities & colleges.

1. Using bar coating method, Spreader thickness range 1~ 571.5μm (determined according to bar model), Spreader accuracy +/- 0.001mm
2. Adjustable coating speed range 5~ 200mm/s (< 5mm/s can be customized)
3. Equipped with automatic feeding system, plus Mixing Tank volume of 1 kg, equipped with automatic mixing function
4. The feeding system adopts the principle of air source pressure outflow, and the amount of material can be adjusted
5. Control mode is LCD Touchscreen, easy to operate
6. The base material is fixed with a mechanical fixture, and the shaft drive adopts a synchronous belt

Principle
Spreader wet-film on different substrates by bar coating method, automatic feeding system adopts the principle of outflow of air source pressure, controls the amount of spitting by adjusting the air pressure and the running speed of the discharge port, realizes reciprocating linear motion feeding, and ensures Spreader uniformity and accuracy.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (220V, 50Hz) and gas source (0.6Mpa, φ 8 trachea self-equipped)
2. Set Spreader parameters (such as coating speed, feeding speed, etc.) through LCD Touchscreen
3. Use mechanical fixtures to fix the substrate
4. Start the automatic feeding system, adjust the air pressure and discharge port speed to control the discharge volume
5. Start the Spreader process, the device automatically completes the film operation
6. After the Spreader is over, turn off the power and air source and clean the equipment
Notice
• The air source of the feeding system needs to be equipped with φ 8 trachea, and the pressure is 0.6Mpa.
• The maximum pressure of the Mixing Tank is 8Mpa, and this limit must not be exceeded when using it
• Device power voltage is 220V, 50Hz to ensure power matching
• Check whether the substrate is fixed firmly before Spreader to avoid displacement during Spreader
• Regularly maintain the safety valve, pressure regulator and other components of the Mixing Tank to ensure safe operation
• Optional accessories such as leakage tank, substrate fixing fixture, etc. need to be configured according to actual needs
• Customized functions such as automatic lame plating devices need to be communicated with the supplier in advance
