Overview
The immersion coil Coater (model: Rjy-00/800) is a factory direct sales equipment, mainly used for the production and winding of Spreader for drum substrates. The equipment adopts the immersion coating method, which is suitable for PET or Miscellaneous materials that are not easy to break. Spreader thickness can be adjusted according to the process, and the effective application width is up to 800mm.
Features
1. Single-station unwinding unit, equipped with 3-inch inflatable shaft and tension automatic Control system.
2. The front traction unit adopts a double-roll anti-roll structure, the steel roller is plated with hard chrome ultra-fine grinding, and the rubber roller is made of silicone with adjustable pressure.
3. The immersion tank has a built-in circulation system, supports external solvent exchange and filtrates, and is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
4. Extrusion unit double roll extrusion, handwheel adjustment Spreader thickness, dial meter display accuracy.
5. The mechanical speed can be adjusted slowly, with a range of 0.1 to 1m/min, to adapt to different process requirements.
Principle
The working flow of the equipment is unwinding → dipping coating (built-in glue circulation system) → double roll extrusion → pulling out the bearing platform (1 meter). The substrate enters the soaking tank through the unwinding unit for Spreader, and then the thickness of the Spreader is controlled by double roll extrusion, and finally the winding is completed through the traction unit and the bearing platform.

Steps
1. Install the base material on the inflatable shaft of the unwinding unit.
2. Start the device, and the substrate is submerged in a bath for Spreader.
3. Adjust the Spreader thickness through the twin roll extrusion unit.
4. The substrate is pulled out to the bearing platform through the traction unit.
5. Complete the winding process.
Notice
• The bath solution cannot chemically react with the stainless steel material.
• Spreader speed needs to be adjusted according to process requirements to avoid substrate fracture.
• Device size and weight are subject to actual customization. When installing, ensure that the power supply is three-phase five-wire 380V 50Hz.
• Check whether the inflatable shaft and tension Control system are normal before operation.
