Rxg-05/1000 Automatic film applicator is a roll-to-roll Spreader sold directly by the factory, which integrates the functions of unwinding, scraping, drying, deviation correction, Laminating and winding. The film width of the machine is 1000mm, the adjustment range of wet film thickness is 0.005-3mm, and the heating temperature of the rubber roller can reach 200 ° C. It is specially designed for PUA glue film process.

6. The transmission platform is made of stainless steel to ensure the smooth transmission of the substrate.
7. Driven by servo motor, the coating speed can be adjusted within the range of 0.1~ 0.5m/min.
8. The drying tunnel adopts hot air circulation heating method, the temperature range can reach room temperature to 200 ℃, and the temperature control accuracy is +/- 3 ℃.
9. The coating applicator is an adjustable Blade Coating device with a resolution of 0.001mm and a digital indication.
Principle
The device unrolls through the discharge rack, the substrate is scraped by the coating roller group, and the Spreader Film thickness is precisely adjusted by the dial meter. The substrate after the Spreader enters the drying tunnel, dries under hot air circulation, then corrects the deviation and Laminating, and finally completes the winding through the traction roller group and the winding device to realize continuous and automated Spreader production.

Steps
1. Install the base material on the discharge rack.
2. Set the required Spreader width through the gluing width adjustment device.
3. swirl/spin the handwheel on the roller rack, adjust to the target Spreader Film thickness according to the dial indicator.
4. Set the drying tunnel heating temperature.
5. Manually pull the substrate between the upper and lower rollers of the traction roller.
6. Tighten the handwheel on the rack so that the rubber ring of the upper roller of the traction roller comes into contact with the lower roller.
7. Start the equipment, set the coating speed, and start the automatic Spreader, Drying, Laminating and Winding process.
Notice
• Power frequency of the device is 380V, total power 20KW, please make sure the power supply matches.
• Before operation, please confirm that the parameters such as Spreader Film thickness and drying tunnel temperature are set correctly.
• When adjusting the film thickness, slowly swirl/spin the handwheel and closely observe the dial indicator.
• Please pay attention to operation safety when pulling the substrate.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not touch the high temperature parts of the heating roller and drying tunnel.
• Regularly maintain the equipment to ensure the normal operation of all components.
