Rvadh-01/300 Double Spreader Head Pilot Coil Automatic Film Applicator is a factory-sold Spreader composite equipment. The machine adopts double Spreader head design (micro-concave + comma coating method, switchable), the effective Spreader width is up to 300mm, and the coating speed is adjustable from 0-20m/min. It is suitable for film and composite processing of pilot coils and other materials, integrating the functions of unwinding, scraping, drying, compounding and winding.

Principle
The device rolls the substrate through the discharge rack, scrapes through the coating roller group (Spreader Film thickness is adjusted by the dial table and the handwheel), and the material after the Spreader enters the drying tunnel for drying, and then aligns with another layer of material on the transmission platform and compounds (the alignment accuracy is ensured by the correction device). Finally, it is pulled by the traction roller group, and the winding is completed through the winding part to realize a continuous Spreader-drying-compounding-winding process.

Steps
1. Install the base material on the discharge rack and pass through the coating roller group.
2. According to the required Spreader width, adjust the glue width adjustment device.
3. swirl/spin the left and right handwheels on the rubber roller rack, combined with the Film thickness adjustment dial, set the required glued Film thickness.
4. Manually pull the substrate between the upper and lower rollers of the traction roller.
5. Tighten the handwheel on the rack, so that the rubber ring of the upper roller of the traction roller comes into contact with the lower roller, and press the material tightly.
6. Start the equipment, the coating roller group and the traction roller group start working under the power transmission, and complete the Spreader, drying, compounding and winding processes.
7. During operation, the deviation correction device will automatically adjust the left and right movement of the discharge rack to ensure that the two layers of materials are aligned.

• The power supply of the equipment host is 380V, please ensure that the power supply matches and pay attention to power safety.
• Before operation, please check carefully whether each adjustment device (such as width, Film thickness handwheel) is in the right position.
When manually pulling the material to the traction roller, please pay attention to the safety of the operation and avoid getting involved.
• The maximum temperature of the drying tunnel can reach 200 ° C. Please pay attention to the high temperature during operation and after shutdown to avoid burns.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not touch moving parts with your hands.
• The maximum roll diameter of discharge and receipt is 300mm, please do not use it beyond the limit.
