Principle
The Working Principle of Automatic Film Applicator is to uniformly Spreader the sample on the substrate to form the desired film by controlling the Spreader head and Spreader parameters. The coating method is to push the Blade Coating by the cylinder, and the operation mode of the Drawdown blade is to flow the pressure of the air source outward, reciprocating linear motion, and controlling the coating speed through the stepless speed regulation of the cylinder valve.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate (e.g. Glass, cardboard, fabric) and fix it to the fixture
2. Set Spreader parameters (application length, Spreader speed, Drawdown blade heating temperature, etc.) through the Touchscreen control panel
3. Start the device for automatic filming
4. After the Spreader is completed, use the clamshell Drawdown blade for easy cleaning
