Principle
The device performs Spreader through the micro-gravure plate roller system. When Spreader, the coating controls the transfer amount through the precise groove structure of the micro-gravure plate roller, and is evenly coated on the surface of the substrate. The substrate after Spreader is transported to the drying system (such as hot air drying) through the transmission platform for curing, and finally the winding system completes the winding. The whole process is automated operation and parameter adjustment by the control system (PLC or Touchscreen).

Steps
1. Place the substrate coil on the discharge rack and ensure alignment by means of a deviation correction device.
2. Manually pull the substrate between the upper and lower rollers of the traction roller, and tighten the handwheel to make the rubber ring contact with the lower roller.
3. Adjust to the desired Spreader Film thickness by swirling/spinning the left and right handwheels on the rubber roller rack, combined with the Film thickness adjustment dial.
4. Start the equipment, the traction roller group pulls the substrate through the power transmission, and the paint is painted on the substrate through the micro-gravure plate roller painting.
5. Spreader the substrate through the transmission platform smoothly transported to the drying system for drying.
6. After the drying is completed, the winding system automatically rolls the Spreader substrate.

Before operation, make sure that the power supply (380V) of the equipment is connected correctly, and check whether the safety protection functions (such as overload protection and emergency stop) are normal.
• According to the type of coating and process requirements, set the drying tunnel temperature (RT +~ 200 ℃) and Spreader speed (5~ 50m/min) reasonably.
• Spreader Film thickness adjustment should refer to the dial indicator, and pay attention to slow and uniform swirling/spinning handwheel to achieve accurate control.
• The operating environment of the equipment should be kept within the range of operating temperature 10-40 ° C and operating humidity 20-80% RH.
• Regularly check the cleaning and abrasion of key components such as the coating roller group and transmission system to ensure smooth operation.
