Overview

The equipment achieves grinding effect by pressing the surfaces of three horizontal rollers against each other and rubbing at different speeds. It is mainly used in the manufacture of paints, inks, pigments, plastics and other stocks. Model S-65 is a three-roll grinder for small batches or laboratories.

Principle
The three-roll grinder achieves the grinding effect by pressing the surfaces of the three horizontally mounted rollers against each other and rubbing at different speeds. The three rollers have different swirl/spin directions and the Rotation speed increases sequentially from the back to the front. The material is added between the middle and rear rollers, and is scraped off by the Drawdown blade in front of the front roller after grinding. The roller material is centrifugally cast with cold hard alloy cast iron to ensure grinding accuracy.

Steps
1. Check whether the position and locking of each component are normal, inject lubricating oil, and turn on the power supply
2. Adjust the front, rear, left and right handwheels to observe whether the roll linkage is normal
3. Remove the dirt on the roller surface, loosen the baffle plate and pinch your hands
4. Adjust the gap between the front, rear and middle rollers to 0.5 mm, and start the power supply to idle for 1-2 minutes
5. After starting the operation, adjust the gap between the middle and rear rollers to 0.3 mm, press the baffle plate tightly, and add it to the Stock.
6. After fine-tuning the rear roll to make chromadizing evenly covered with the roll, lock the fixing nut
7. Adjust the front roller handwheel with both hands to make the front roller slowly contact the middle roller, and lock the fixing nut after uniform chromadizing on the surface
8. Adjust the angle of the material plate so that it is properly pressed lightly on the roller surface, and the Stock is discharged evenly
9. Check the uniformity of discharge and the particle size of the finished product, and continue to fine-tune the front and rear rollers until the requirements are met
10. After the work stops, remove the paint and clean it in time, wipe the test roller and related parts, loosen the Drawdown blade and baffle plate, apply a small amount of oil, and cover the wax paper protection

• The surface of the roll is strictly prohibited from bumping and scratching, and all kinds of metal objects and hard sundries are strictly prohibited from entering the running roll
• Roll Operating temperature range: Ordinary -5 ℃~ 100 ℃
• Roller and roller normal Working time gap range: middle and rear roller gap 0.02~ 0.25 mm, middle and front roller gap 0.01~ 0.25 mm
• The peak angle of the baffle is strictly prohibited from bumping, and the contact pressure with the roll surface should be appropriate during adjustment
• Thin paint film in the middle of the roller, thick at both ends may be convex in the roller, need to adjust the amount of water chilled down
• The paint film at both ends of the roller is thin and the middle paint film thickness needs to be adjusted to chill down the water volume
• No driving without chilling down water
• It is strictly forbidden to enter the middle of the two rollers. If you accidentally enter, you need to stop and take it out urgently.
• Pay attention to adjusting the front and rear rollers at any time to prevent the roller line from expanding and causing it to swell to death
• The copper baffle can't be pressed too tightly, add lubricating oil at any time
• Pay attention to the bearing temperature at both ends of the roller, generally no more than 100 ° C
• Check whether the power line tube and switch button are normal before operation, and confirm that there is cooling circulating water
• Pay attention to abnormal conditions during operation and stop immediately
• Fix the oil storage drum during operation to avoid oil overflow
• The operator should always pay attention to whether there is any debris on the roller, and if so, stop the machine immediately
• When the operator leaves the post, someone should replace him
• After the production is completed, clean the roller and surrounding hygiene in time, and turn off the relevant power switch
