Overview
The S-150 Three-roll grinder is a factory-sold grinding equipment suitable for grinding and dispersing high-viscosity materials. The equipment is mainly used in the manufacture of paints, inks, pigments, plastics, etc. Stock, through the extrusion of the surfaces of the three rollers and friction at different speeds to achieve efficient grinding, which can produce uniform and delicate high-quality products.
Features
1. Using cold hard alloy steel centrifugal casting roller with surface Hardness above HS70 ° and strong durability.
2. The diameter of the roller is ground with high precision, and the fineness of grinding can reach about 15μm to ensure that the product is uniform and delicate.
3. Suitable for high viscosity materials, such as paints, inks, pigments, plastics, etc., with high grinding efficiency.
4. Compact design, easy operation, suitable for small batch or laboratory use.
5. Roller can be cooled down by water, Operating temperature control, adapt to different material requirements.
Principle
The three-roll grinder achieves the grinding effect by pressing each other on the surfaces of the three horizontally mounted rollers and rubbing at different speeds. The material is added between the middle roller and the rear roller. Due to the different swirl/spin directions of the three rollers and the increase of Rotation speed from the rear to the front in sequence, an effective grinding effect is produced. The ground material is scraped off by the front roller Drawdown blade.
Applications
Paints, inks, pigments, plastics, cosmetics, soaps, ceramics, rubber
Steps
1. Check whether the position and locking of each component are normal, inject lubricating oil, and connect the power supply.
2. Adjust the front and rear left and right handwheels to observe whether the roll linkage is normal.
3. Remove the dirt on the roller surface, wipe it with soft paper or clean cotton yarn, and release the baffle plate and pinch your hands.
4. Adjust the gap between the front, rear and middle rollers to 0.5 mm, and start the power supply to idle for 1-2 minutes.
5. After starting the operation, adjust the gap between the middle and rear rollers to 0.3 mm, press the baffle plate tightly, add Stock, and fine-tune the rear roller to make the chromadizing uniform.
6. Adjust the front roller handwheel, make the front roller contact the middle roller, lock the fixing nut after uniform chromadizing on the surface, and adjust the angle of the material plate to lightly press the roller surface for discharge.
7. Check the uniformity of discharge and the particle size of the finished product, fine-tune the front and rear rollers until they meet the requirements, and remove the paint and clean the parts in time after the work stops.
Notice
• The surface of the roll is strictly prohibited from bumping and scratching, and metal objects and hard objects are prohibited from entering the running roll.
• Operating temperature range of roll: Ordinary -5 ℃~ 100 ℃.
• Working time roll clearance range: middle and rear roller 0.02~ 0.25mm, middle and front roller 0.01~ 0.25mm.
• The peak angle of the baffle is strictly prohibited from bumping, and the contact pressure with the roll surface should be appropriate during adjustment.
• The thickness of the thin paint film at both ends in the middle of the roller may be convex, and the amount of water to be chilled down needs to be adjusted; the thickness at both ends needs to be adjusted to be chilled down.
• It is strictly forbidden to drive without chilling down.
• It is strictly forbidden to enter the middle of the two rollers. If you enter, you need to stop and take it out urgently.
• Pay attention to adjusting the front and rear rollers at any time to prevent the expansion of the roller line from causing swelling or motor accidents.
• The copper baffle should not be pressed too tightly, and lubricating oil should be added at any time.
• Pay attention to the bearing temperature at both ends of the roller, generally not exceeding 100 ° C.
• Check whether the power line tube, switch button and cooling circulating water are normal before operation.
• Pay attention to abnormal conditions during operation and stop immediately.
• Fix the oil storage drum to avoid oil spillage.
• Pay attention to the debris on the roller and stop immediately if there is any.
• The operator needs to be replaced when he leaves the post.
• After the production is completed, clean the roller and clean up in time, and turn off the power switch.
