Principle
The three-roll grinder achieves the grinding effect by pressing the surfaces of the three rollers installed horizontally and rubbing at different speeds. The three rollers have different swirl/spin directions and the Rotation speed increases sequentially from rear to front. The material is added between the middle roller and the rear roller, and is scraped off by the Drawdown blade in front of the front roller after grinding to achieve fine grinding of the material.

Steps
1. Check whether the position and locking of each component are normal, inject lubricating oil, and turn on the power supply
2. Adjust the front, rear, left and right handwheels to observe whether the roll linkage is normal
3. Remove the dirt on the roller surface, wipe it with soft paper or clean cotton yarn, and loosen the baffle
4. Adjust the gap between the front, rear and middle rollers to 0.5 mm, and start the power supply to idle for 1-2 minutes
5. After starting the operation, adjust the gap between the middle and rear rollers to 0.3 mm, press the baffle plate tightly, and add it to the Stock.
6. Adjust the front roller handwheel to make the front roller contact the middle roller, and lock the fixing nut after uniform chromadizing on the surface
7. Adjust the angle of the discharge plate so that it is lightly pressed on the roller surface, and the Stock is discharged evenly
8. Check the uniformity of discharge and the particle size of the finished product, and fine-tune the front and rear rollers to meet the requirements
9. Remove the paint in time after the work stops, clean the test roll, and apply oil protection
Notice
• The surface of the roll is strictly prohibited from bumping and scratching, and metal objects and hard sundries are strictly prohibited from entering the running roll
• Operating temperature range: -5 ℃~ 100 ℃
• Roller gap range during normal operation: middle and rear rollers 0.02~ 0.25mm, middle and front rollers 0.01~ 0.25mm
• The peak angle of the baffle is strictly prohibited from bumping, and the contact pressure with the roll surface should be appropriate during adjustment
• No driving without chilling down water
• It is strictly forbidden to enter foreign objects in the middle of the two rollers. If you enter foreign objects, you need to stop and take them out urgently.
• Pay attention to adjusting the front and rear rollers at any time to prevent the roller line from expanding and causing it to swell to death
• The copper baffle cannot be pressed too tightly, and lubricating oil needs to be added at any time
• Pay attention to the bearing temperature at both ends of the roller, generally no more than 100 ° C
• Check whether the power line tube, switch button and cooling circulating water are normal before operation
• Pay attention to abnormal conditions during operation and stop immediately
• Fix the oil storage drum during operation to avoid oil overflow
• The operator should always pay attention to the debris on the roller and stop the machine immediately if necessary
• When the operator leaves the post, someone should replace him
• After the production is completed, clean the roller and clean up in time, and turn off the power switch
