Principle
The three-roll grinder achieves the grinding effect by pressing the surfaces of the three horizontally mounted rollers against each other and rubbing at different speeds. The material is added between the middle roller and the rear roller. Since the three rollers have different swirl/spin directions and the Rotation speed increases sequentially from the back to the front, a good grinding effect is produced. After grinding, the material is scraped off by the Drawdown blade installed in front of the front roller.

Steps
1. Check whether the position and locking of each component are normal, inject lubricating oil, and turn on the power supply
2. Adjust the front, rear, left and right handwheels to observe whether the roll linkage is normal
3. Remove the dirt on the roller surface, loosen the baffle plate and pinch your hands
4. Adjust the gap between the front, rear and middle rollers to 0.5 mm, and start the power supply to idle for 1-2 minutes
5. After starting the operation, adjust the gap between the middle and rear rollers to 0.3 mm, press the baffle plate tightly, and add it to the Stock.
6. Fine-tune the rear roll to make the chromadizing evenly cover the roll and lock the fixing nut
7. Adjust the front roller handwheel with both hands to make the front roller contact the middle roller, and lock the fixing nut after uniform chromadizing on the surface
8. Adjust the angle of the material plate so that it is properly pressed lightly on the roller surface, and the Stock is discharged evenly
9. Check the uniformity of discharge and the particle size of the finished product, and continue to fine-tune the front and rear rollers to the finished product particle size standard
Notice
- The surface of the roll is strictly prohibited from bumping and scratching, and metal objects and hard objects are strictly prohibited from entering the running roll
- No driving without chilling down
- It is strictly forbidden to enter the middle of the two rollers. If you accidentally enter, you need to stop and take it out urgently.
- Pay attention to adjusting the front and rear rollers at any time to prevent the roller line from expanding and causing death
- The copper baffle cannot be pressed too tightly, and lubricating oil needs to be added at any time
- Pay attention to the bearing temperature at both ends of the roller, generally not exceeding 100 ° C
- Check whether the power line tube, switch button and cooling circulating water are normal before operation
- Pay attention to abnormal conditions during operation and stop immediately
- Fix the oil storage drum during operation to avoid oil overflow
The operator should always pay attention to whether there is any debris on the roller, and if so, stop the machine immediately
The operator should be replaced when he leaves the post
- After the production is completed, the roller should be cleaned and cleaned in time, and the power switch should be turned off
- When the paint film in the middle of the roller is thin and the ends are thick, the amount of water to be cooled down needs to be adjusted
- When the paint film at both ends of the roller is thin and the middle is thick, the amount of water to be cooled down should be adjusted
