Chengyue CY-O1200-φ 50-200-T tube furnace adopts high-mass wirecoil for heater as heating element, heating temperature can reach 1200 ℃, quartz furnace tube diameter is 50mm. Support customized larger tube diameter furnace tube and multi-temperature zone heating, each temperature zone is PID temperature control by precision temperature control instrument, can edit 30-section liter cooling program, equipped with overheating and broken couple protection function. The flanges on both sides of the furnace tube are equipped with digital vacuum gauge and mechanical pressure gauge for controlling the atmosphere environment in the furnace tube. The high-definition true color touch screen operation is simple and easy to use, which can greatly improve the experimental efficiency.

Principle
The tube furnace generates high temperature through the heating element of the wirecoil for heater, up to 1200 ° C. Precision temperature control instruments are used for PID temperature control to ensure temperature stability. The flanges on both sides of the furnace tube are equipped with vacuum gauges and pressure gauges to adjust the atmosphere in the furnace tube and support heat treatment in vacuum and atmosphere environments. Automated operation is achieved by setting the temperature rise and drop program through the touch screen.

Steps
1. Power supply AC: 220V 50Hz
2. Set the heating and cooling procedure through the touch screen
