The viscosity measurement range is 20 to 2,000,000 mPa · s. The matching LC-1008 Thermostatic bath provides a precise temperature-controlled environment for samples.

The instrument works based on the rotational viscometer principle. The motor drives the rotor to swirl/spin at a constant speed in the sample, and the rotor is subjected to the resistance of the sample Tack to generate torque. The instrument calculates and directly displays the viscosity value of the sample according to the built-in physical relationship by measuring this torque value, combining the rotor specification and Rotation speed. The matching Thermostatic bath is controlled by intelligent PID to provide a constant temperature environment for the sample, ensuring the accuracy of viscosity measurement.

1. Install the instrument and connect the Thermostatic bath to ensure horizontal placement. 2. Select the appropriate rotor according to the estimated viscosity and install it. 3. Place the sample in the measurement container attached to the Thermostatic bath and set the desired temperature. 4. After the sample temperature has stabilized, immerse the rotor in the sample to the designated marking line. 5. Open the Viscometer and select the desired measurement Rotation speed. 6. After the display value is stable, read and record the viscosity value. 7. After the measurement is completed, turn off the instrument and clean the rotor and measurement container.
The instrument should be placed on a stable, vibration-free workbench. * When selecting the rotor and Rotation speed, ensure that the torque percentage is within the range of 10% to 100% for the best accuracy. The depth of the rotor immersion in the sample must be accurate to avoid touching the container wall and bottom. * Before measurement, make sure that the sample temperature has reached the Thermostatic bath setting value and remains stable. * After use, the rotor should be cleaned in time to prevent residual corrosion of the sample or affect the next measurement. * Ambient Temperature of instrument should be 5~ 32 ℃, relative humidity should not exceed 80%. * Please use the original dedicated Power Adapter. * Thermostatic bath liquid needs to be changed regularly to keep clean.
