The digital Rotational Viscometer is based on the swirl/spin method for the measurement of fluid viscosity. The motor drives the rotor to swirl/spin uniformly in the fluid, and the rotor is subjected to a Tack resistance moment proportional to the viscosity of the fluid. The instrument directly displays the viscosity value of the fluid by measuring the resistance moment and performing internal calculations. With the Thermostatic bath, the sample can be measured at a set temperature, improving the accuracy and Repeatability of the results.

1. Place the instrument on a stable bench and connect the Power Adapter. 2. According to the estimated sample viscosity, choose the appropriate rotor and Rotation speed combination. 3. Install the rotor and ensure that it is vertically immersed in the sample to the designated marking line. 4. For thermostatic measurement, place the sample in a Thermostatic bath, set and wait for the temperature to reach the target value. 5. Turn on the Viscometer power and select the set Rotation speed. 6. After the display value is stable, read and record the viscosity value. 7. After the measurement is complete, turn off the power, remove the rotor and clean it.
* The instrument should be placed in a stable and vibration-free working environment. * Do not operate in an environment exceeding the allowable Operating temperature (5~ 32 ° C) and Humidity (80%). * When selecting the rotor and Rotation speed, ensure that the Measured value is within the maximum measurable viscosity range of the selected combination for optimum accuracy. * When the rotor is immersed in the sample, bubbles should be avoided and the immersion depth should be accurate. * Before and after each use, the rotor should be thoroughly cleaned to prevent cross-contamination or drying of the sample from affecting the measurement. * When connecting the Thermostatic bath, ensure that the circulation line is connected correctly and free of leakage.
