The digital Rotational Viscometer is based on the swirl/spin method for fluid viscosity measurement. The instrument drives the rotor to swirl/spin uniformly in the fluid to be measured. The viscosity value of the fluid is calculated by measuring the Tack resistance torque of the rotor and based on the set Rotation speed, rotor specifications and other parameters. The matching Thermostatic bath precisely controls the sample temperature through the intelligent PID temperature control system, and ensures that the temperature in the Tank is highly uniform through the internal and external circulation system, so as to achieve accurate measurement of fluid viscosity under different temperature conditions.

1. Connect the instrument power supply, turn on the Viscometer host and Thermostatic bath. 2. According to the estimated viscosity value of the sample to be tested, select the appropriate rotor and install it. 3. Place the measurement cup containing the sample in the Thermostatic bath, ensuring that the rotor is immersed in the sample to the designated marking line. 4. Set the required test temperature on the Thermostatic bath, start the temperature control and circulation system, and wait for the temperature to stabilize. 5. Set the desired Rotation speed on the Viscometer host. 6. Start the Viscometer to start the measurement, and record the displayed viscosity value and Miscellaneous parameter after the reading is stable. 7. After the measurement is complete, turn off the instrument, remove the rotor and clean it.
The instrument should be placed on a stable countertop to avoid vibration. * Power supply voltage meets the requirements before use (Viscometer host uses dedicated Power Adapter, Thermostatic bath power supply is 200~ 230VAC, 50Hz). * When selecting a rotor, ensure that the estimated sample viscosity value is within the measurable range of the rotor and Rotation speed. When installing and removing the rotor, care should be taken to avoid bending or damaging the shaft. * Inject enough heat conducting medium into the Thermostatic bath Tank, and pay attention to the low liquid level alarm prompt to prevent dry burning. The continuous operation time of the instrument should not exceed 100 hours. * Operating Environment temperature should be between 5~ 32 ℃, relative humidity does not exceed 80%. * After the measurement is completed, the rotor and measurement cup should be cleaned in time to prevent residual corrosion of the sample or affect the next Measurement accuracy.
