Overview
The NDJ-5S rotational viscometer is a HuiNuo brand laboratory instrument designed for efficient and accurate measurement of fluid viscosity. The device features a digital display Operating interface, viscosity measurement range of 1 to 100,000 mPa · s, standard 1/2/3/4 rotor, optional No. 0 rotor for low viscosity sample measurement, Rotation speed is set to 6/12/30/60 rpm, High Accuracy measurement capability, reproducibility is +/- 1% F. S, Measurement accuracy is +/- 2% F. S, Display resolution up to 0.01 mPa · s. The system is feature-rich and supports conventional measurement, Linear dispersion measurement, recording, viscosity conversion and printing functions. Equipped with USB and RS232 Interface, it can easily record and transfer measurement data, and can store up to 50 measurement records. In addition, the device supports switching between Chinese and English Operating languages, and has a compact design. The lifting Travel is 250mm, the Dimension is 280 × 260 × 395mm, and the Net weight is about 5kg, which is suitable for use in a laboratory environment.

Principle
The rotational viscometer measures the viscosity by the resistance of the rotor as it swirls/spins in the fluid. The device drives the rotor to set the Rotation speed (e.g. 6/12/30/60 rpm) swirl/spin, and the resistance of the fluid to the rotor is converted into the viscosity value, which is displayed through the digital display interface. The system utilizes High Accuracy Sensors and algorithms to ensure the accuracy and reproducibility of measurement results.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
2. Operating language (English)
3. Install appropriate rotor (such as standard 1/2/3/4 or optional 0)
4. Set the required Rotation speed (6/12/30/60 rpm)
5. Immerse the rotor in the sample to ensure the correct depth
6. Start the measurement and observe the digital display interface reading
7. Linear dispersion measurement, recording data or viscosity conversion
8. Export data using USB or RS232 interface
9. Print measurement results (if required)
10. Store or erase measurement records

* Ensure that the Working Ambient Temperature is within the range of 0 ℃~ 40 ℃
* Keep the relative humidity at 20%~ 80%, no condensation
Check whether the rotor is in good condition before use to avoid damage

* Periodically calibrated to ensure Measurement accuracy
