The NDJ-8S rotational viscometer is a high-performance laboratory measuring instrument from the HuiNuo brand, designed to meet the needs of different fluid viscosity measurement. Principle
The NDJ-8S rotational viscometer measures viscosity by swirling/spinning the rotor in the fluid. Rotation speed swirl/spin is preset. The resistance of the fluid to the rotor is detected and converted into viscosity value. The digital display interface displays the results in real time. Measurement mode and data processing are supported.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn it on, select Operating language.
2. Install the appropriate rotor to ensure sample readiness.
3. Set the desired Rotation speed and start the measurement.
4. Observe the digital display interface and record the viscosity value.
5. Linear dispersion measurement, recording or viscosity conversion using function keys.
6. Export data or print results via USB or RS232 interface.
7. After the measurement is completed, turn off the equipment and clean the rotor.
Notice
• Ensure that the working Ambient Temperature is between 0 ℃~ 40 ℃, the relative humidity is 20%~ 80%, and there is no condensation.
• Power supply voltage is 100~ 240V, 50~ 60Hz to avoid voltage instability.
• Install the rotor correctly to avoid damaging the equipment or affecting the Measurement accuracy.
• Keep the sample uniform during measurement to avoid bubble interference.
• Regularly calibrate equipment to ensure reproducibility and accuracy.
When storing measurement records, pay attention to the stability of the Interface connection.
• Clean the rotor and equipment in time after operation to prolong the service life.
