Overview
TM3200AF/09D Automatic Film Applicator is a precision Spreader equipment of HuiNuo brand. It adopts bar and Drawdown blade dual coating method, and the coating speed can be stepless in the range of 1~ 300mm/s. The equipment is equipped with Vacuum chuck and fixture dual substrate fixing system, and the effective coating area is 700 * 800mm. It supports customized needs and is suitable for High Accuracy film applications.

Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator drives the Spreader head to move precisely on the surface of the substrate through a servo motor, and the bar or Drawdown blade unifies the Spreader material according to the set parameters. The Vacuum chuck system firmly fixes the substrate to the coating table to prevent displacement. The automatic inking system uses the air source pressure to push the material out of the Mixing Tank, and controls the amount of material by adjusting the air pressure and traverse speed to achieve a continuous and uniform Spreader process.

Steps
1. Turn on the main power supply and start the vacuum pump system
2. Place the substrate on the coating table and enable Vacuum chuck fixation
3. Set Spreader parameters (speed, thickness, etc.) through Touchscreen
4. Install bar or Drawdown blade, connect automatic inking system
5. Start the Spreader program, the device automatically completes the film process
6. Turn off the device after the Spreader is over and clean the Spreader parts
Notice
• Before operation, make sure that the gas source pressure does not exceed 0.6Mpa, and the Mixing Tank pressure does not exceed 8Mpa
• Regularly check whether the vacuum pump and adsorption hole are unobstructed
• Drawdown blades and bars to avoid damage to precision surfaces
• Confirm grid parameters in advance when customizing power supply specifications
• Do not put your hands into the moving parts area when the equipment is running
