Overview
HuiNuo TM3100ULtra/01 Automatic Film Applicator is a multifunctional Spreader device that supports both bar Spreader and Blade Coating. The device is driven by a linear motor, with stepless coating speed in the range of 1~ 300mm/s and optional heating function. Temperature range from room temperature to 180 ° C, uniformity up to +/- 1 ° C, suitable for High Accuracy film applications.

Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator is driven by a linear motor to move the Spreader head over the substrate, which is fixed to the hardened aluminum alloy Spreader stage by a fixture. In bar Spreader mode, the High Accuracy bar rolls at a set rate to form a uniform coating; in Blade Coating mode, the die steel Drawdown blade scrapes the material at a preset thickness. An optional heating system controls the temperature of the Spreader area through mica or graphene heating elements to ensure material flowability and Spreader mass.
Applications
The Automatic Film Applicator is widely used in Spreader process development and quality control in coatings, inks, Adhesives, electronic materials, paper, film and other industries.
Steps
1. Fix the substrate on the Spreader stage with a fixture.
2. Select the coating method (bar or Drawdown blade) and set the parameters through Touchscreen.
3. Adjust the coating speed and thickness range.
4. If heating is required, set the temperature and start the heating system.
5. Start the device for Auto Spreader.
6. After the Spreader is complete, turn off the device and clean the Spreader components.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in the range of 100V~ 220V/50~ 60HZ before use.
• Avoid touching moving parts during Spreader to prevent injury.
• Regularly clean the coating table and Drawdown blade to maintain accuracy.
• Pay attention to the high temperature surface when heating to prevent burns.
• Customized functions need to be confirmed with the supplier in advance.
