Principle
The device adopts a double roller painting film method. After the substrate is unrolled, it is scraped and soaked by the coating roller group to complete the double top coating film. The film Film thickness can be precisely controlled by the Film thickness adjustment dial table. The substrate after Spreader is smoothly transported through the stainless steel transmission platform, and finally pulled by the traction roller group to the winding process to complete the winding. During the whole process, the deviation correction device of the discharge rack can be automatically adjusted to ensure the alignment of the materials.

Steps
1. Install the substrate coil to be Spreader on the discharge rack.
2. According to requirements, set the Spreader width through the glue width adjustment device.
3. Set the required Spreader Film thickness through the Film thickness adjustment dial (thousands head).
4. Manually pull the front end of the substrate between the upper and lower rollers of the traction roller.
5. Tighten the handwheel on the rack, so that the rubber ring of the upper roller of the traction roller is in contact with the lower roller, and press the substrate tightly.
6. Start the equipment, the traction roller group pulls the substrate under the power transmission, and starts the Spreader work.
7. After the Spreader is completed, the substrate is transported through the transmission platform, and finally the winding device is used for winding.
8. During the process, the deviation correction device works automatically to ensure that the materials are aligned.
