Overview
Jinheyuan JHY-3000FX Solid Density Meter is a professional density test instrument designed based on the principle of Archimedes buoyancy method. It is suitable for the overall density test of long solids and indivisible solids in rubber and plastic materials, molten parts, aluminum foundries, precious metal Hardware recycling and other industries. The product adopts a large aluminum alloy work frame design, with an internal large sink space of 400 * 320 * 200mm, a maximum scale weight of 3000g, and a density resolution of 0.001g/cm ³. It can effectively inspect material composition changes or product defects.

Principle
The density is calculated by measuring the buoyancy of solids in liquids using the Archimedes principle buoyancy method combined with special specific gravity accessories. The pressure ring or tensile strength of the product is relatively related to the overall density, and the cracking or bubbles inside the material will directly affect the strength and density of the material.

Steps
1. Set solution temperature and solution compensation parameters
2. Set specific gravity function (if required)
3. Place the sample on the measurement table
4. Read the overall density, volume, mixing ratio, specific gravity and volume change rate data
5. Read the results according to the set time
