JHY-3000FX Solid Density Meter is a factory direct sales brand product. It is designed by Archimedes principle buoyancy method and combined with special specific gravity accessories. It is suitable for the overall Density test of elongated solids and indivisible solids in rubber and plastic materials, molten parts, aluminum foundries, precious metal Hardware recycling and other industries. The maximum weight can reach 3000g, and the Density resolution is 0.001 g/cm ³.

Principle
The Archimedes principle buoyancy method is used, combined with special specific gravity accessories. The pressure ring or tensile strength of the product is relatively related to the overall Density of the product, and the cracking or bubbles inside the material will directly affect the strength and Density of the material.

Steps
1. Prepare a long solid or indivisible solid sample to be tested
2. Place the sample on a specific gravity measurement table
3. Set solution temperature and solution compensation parameters according to test requirements
4. Set specific gravity function (if required)
5. Start the test, read the overall Density, volume, mixing ratio, specific gravity & volume change rate data

• Density measurement will be uncertain due to section sections
• The cracking or bubbles inside the material will directly affect the strength and Density of the material
Before testing, ensure that the sample meets the requirements of a long solid or an indivisible solid
• When using, the parameters should be correctly configured according to the set function
