Overview
The JHY-120A Touchscreen Moisture Analyzer is a halogen Moisture Analyzer based on the principle of thermogravimetry for accurate measurement of the moisture content of samples. The instrument quickly heats the sample with a built-in halogen lamp, monitors the weight change in real time, and automatically calculates and displays parameters such as moisture percentage, Solid content percentage, weight and moisture regain.

Principle
Based on the principle of thermogravimetry, after the instrument starts the test, the internal halogen lamp quickly heats the sample and evaporates water. During the drying process, the instrument continuously measures the weight change of the sample in real time, and automatically determines the moisture content percentage by calculating the weight loss, which can be converted into parameters such as Solid content percentage, weight and moisture regain.

Steps
1. Place the sample on the pan
2. Set test parameters (e.g. temperature, time) through Touchscreen
3. Start the test, the instrument automatically heats and monitors the weight
4. After drying, check the displayed moisture content and other results.
5. Optional to save data or connect peripheral devices to output results
Notice
• Ensure that the sample is placed stably to avoid external vibration interference
• When setting the temperature and time, it needs to be adjusted according to the characteristics of the sample
Periodically calibrate instruments to ensure measurement accuracy
• Clean the pan after use to prevent residues from affecting the next test
• Confirm communication interface compatibility when connecting peripheral devices
