Overview
The Touchscreen Moisture Analyzer (Model JHY-120B) is a halogen Moisture Analyzer based on the principle of thermogravimetry for measuring the moisture content of samples. The instrument rapidly heats the sample through an internal halogen lamp, evaporates and dries the moisture, and measures the sample weight in real time. After drying, the moisture content percentage is displayed and can be converted to Solid content percentage, weight grams and moisture regain percentage.

Principle
Moisture Analyzer is based on the principle of thermal weight loss. After initiating the test, the internal halogen lamp rapidly heats the sample and evaporates the drying water. The instrument continuously measures the weight of the sample in real time during the drying process and displays the result. When finally completed, it shows the moisture content percentage and can be converted to Solid content percentage, weight grams and moisture regain percentage.

Steps
1. Place the sample on the pan.
2. Set program modules and parameters through Touchscreen.
3. Start the test, the instrument automatically heats and real-time weight measurement.
4. After drying, check the moisture content results displayed.
Notice
Make sure the sample is placed stably to avoid external interference.
When setting parameters, it needs to be adjusted according to the characteristics of the sample.
Check the instrument connection and communication interface before use.
Avoid operating in hot or humid environments.
