Overview
The JHY-150F Touchscreen Moisture Analyzer is a halogen Moisture Analyzer based on the principle of thermogravimetry, which is used to accurately determine the moisture content of samples. The instrument quickly heats the sample with a built-in halogen lamp to evaporate water, and real-time measurement of sample weight changes. After drying, it can display various parameters such as moisture content%, Solid content%, weight g and moisture regain%.

Principle
Based on the principle of thermogravimetry, the internal halogen lamp quickly heats the sample after the instrument starts the test, evaporating and drying the water. During the drying process, the instrument continuously measures the weight of the sample in real time and displays the result change, and finally calculates the accurate water content.

Steps

Notice
• Make sure the instrument is placed on a stable table before use
Sample placement should be evenly distributed across the pan
• Set temperature range should be between 50 ℃ -180 ℃
• Avoid shaking the instrument during testing
• Regularly clean the stainless steel pan to maintain accuracy
• Important data is recommended to export backups in time
• Different sample types should be selected for corresponding test parameters
