The CA-680B Laser Dust Particle Counter is used for the measurement of dust particle size distribution and number per unit volume in a clean environment. The instrument provides 0.3, 0.5, 1.0, 3.0, 5.0, 10 μm six-channel specific particle size, 2.83L/min (1ft3/min) flow.

Principle
The instrument adopts the principle of light scattering, which is sensed by the detection laser of the laser Optical inspection Sensor, and the light scattering intensity is proportional to its particle size. When the suspended particles in the air pass through the photosensitive area, the scattered light is accepted by the photosensitive element and generates a pulse signal. After photoelectric conversion, amplification and processing, the equivalent diameter and quantity of the collected particles are obtained, so as to detect the size and quantity of dust particles.
