Principle
Film Applicator is a manual laboratory film applicator. Drawdown blades of different thicknesses are used to scrape on substrates to form precise thickness wet-film. Film Applicator can be used for automatic scraping of film to improve preparatory efficiency and conformity.

Steps
1. Select the Applicator with the appropriate thickness specification.
2. Place the Applicator on the substrate.
3. Scratch manually or with Film Applicator.
4. Applicator is removed to form a wet-film.
