This product is a manual laboratory film applicator made of high carbon chromium wear-resistant and anti-corrosion stainless steel. It can be equipped with Film Applicator to automatically scrape the film.

Principle
Film Applicator manually scrapes on the substrate to form a wet-film of the specified thickness. The Applicator has multiple Drawdown blades of fixed thickness, and the user selects the corresponding surfaces for Spreader to ensure accurate film thickness. Can be used with Film Applicator to automate the film scraping process.

Steps
