Overview
HuiNuo Micrometer Film Applicator KTQ-II (55mm) is a film thickness adjustable Film Applicator. Drawdown blade clearance is adjusted by two scale differential heads above to control the Coating thickness. The film range is adjustable from 0 to 5000 microns, and the accuracy is +/- 5μm. The frame is made of aluminum hard oxidation material, and the Drawdown blade is made of die steel, which has high Hardness and Abrasion Resistance.

Principle
By adjusting the two scale differential heads above the Applicator, the Drawdown blade is adjusted vertically to control the gap size, i.e. the thickness of the final coating, for accurate wet-film preparation.
