Overview
HuiNuo SZQ-100 frame Applicator is a multi-faceted film laboratory manual film applicator, providing 250 μm, 500 μm, 750 μm, 1000 μm four wet film thickness specifications, effective application width 100mm, total length 110mm. The Applicator is made of high carbon chromium wear-resistant and anti-corrosion stainless steel, which is tested by imported three coordinates to ensure dimensional accuracy before leaving the factory. It is suitable for wet-film preparatory film in paints, glues, coatings, inks, chemical New materials and other fields, and can cooperate with Film Applicator to realize automatic film scraping.

Principle
The Frame Applicator manually scrapes the surface of the substrate, using its preset wet film thickness gaps (250μm, 500μm, 750μm, 1000μm) to form a uniform wet-film coating. When the Applicator comes into contact with the substrate, excess material is scraped off, leaving a wet-film of precise thickness, suitable for laboratory sample preparation and quality control.

Steps
1. Select the desired wet film thickness
