The device conveys the coil through the automatic unwinding system, uses the slot-die Spreader head for accurate scraping, and then adheres the Spreader layer to the substrate or release material through the roll bonding process, and then passes through the UV curing section for rapid curing. 1. Prepare the coil and Spreader liquid and install it to the corresponding station. 2. Set Spreader Width, Rate, Coating Weight, Fitting Parameters and other process parameters through Touchscreen. 3. Start the equipment and automatically complete the unwinding, scraping, laminating, UV curing, disbonding and winding processes. 4. During the production process, the operating status can be monitored through the control system and fine-tuned if necessary. 5. After production, perform the winding completion operation and turn off the equipment.
• Operating Environment Temperature should be kept at 10 ℃~ 40 ℃, humidity ≤ 70% RH. • Ensure that the power supply is 380V, 50Hz, three-phase five-wire system, and the gas source pressure is 0.5 to 0.8MPa. Be familiar with the position and function of the emergency stop button and warning sign before operation. • The maximum discharge and winding diameter of the equipment should not exceed the specified value (such as φ 600mm). • UV lamp power needs to be customized according to the actual Spreader speed and material curing requirements.
