Overview
The DR82C lens transmittance tester is a Benchtop small Optical inspection transmittance tester from DONGRU brand, which is mainly used for the measurement of visible light and infrared transmittance of IR inks in mobile phone lenses. It uses 550nm visible light, 940nm and 850nm Infrared sources to detect incident ray intensity and light intensity after passing through the measured substance through the sensor, calculate the transmittance and express it as a percentage. The test aperture is 1mm, and materials larger than 1mm in size can be measured.
Features
1. Three-in-one optical path design, three-way transmittance can be obtained in one measurement, easy operation and time-saving measurement
2. Parallel light design, the measurement results of large thickness materials are stable and accurate
3. The test aperture is 1mm, which can test the transmittance of small-sized materials
4. With real-time automatic measurement, Dynamic Automatic calibration function, Automatic calibration to 100% transmittance after startup
5. The instrument comes with its own Type-C interface, which can be connected to the computer PC to realize the function of transmitting data
6. Test methods: CONTINUE and SINGLE Measurement mode
7. The operation process is marked with a beep sound (Single Measurement mode)
8. Mass storage, capable of storing 10 sets of data, 200 in each group, for a total of 2,000
9.5 inch LCD color screen display
10. Chinese and English bilingual versions are optional
11. It is powered by 5V power supply, which is convenient to connect to a mobile power supply (power bank) for use
Principle
The instrument uses visible light 550nm Illuminant, infrared 940nm Illuminant and infrared 850nm Illuminant to illuminate the transparent substance to be measured. The sensor detects the incident ray intensity of the three Illuminants and the light intensity after passing through the transparent substance to be measured. Light intensity and incident ray intensity The ratio is the transmittance, expressed as a percentage.
Applications
Measurement of IR inks of mobile phone lenses Optical inspection of materials such as solar films, thermal insulation films, sunglasses, infrared filters/filter strips, remote control windows, etc
Notice
• This instrument is not suitable for measurement of the transmittance of printing and milky white matte materials
• The instrument cannot be used in sunlight or strong light
