De JINGGONG CP168 Gravure Printing Ink Proofer is a professional equipment designed for platemakers, printing companies and inks manufacturing companies to quickly and accurately debug Spot Color and color development. It helps users reduce proofing times, time and material waste by simulating the same parameters (speed and pressure) of printing presses.
Features
1. Instead of manual scraping, quickly and accurately debug Spot Color under the same parameters as speed and pressure and printing press.
2. Greatly reduce the number and time of concave prototype proofing, or reduce the waste of ink adjustment on the printing machine.

Principle
The Proofer performs Gravure ink proofing by simulating the speed and pressure parameters of the printing press, and operates at a control voltage of 24V DC and an input voltage of AC 220V for accurate color development. It combines spectrometers and other instruments for Color measurement and characteristic detection to ensure the accuracy of Color debugging.

Steps
1. Set the printing parameters (speed and pressure) equal to the printing press.
2. Use the equipment for special shade test or color development operation.
3. Color measurement and data report generation with spectrometer or color difference meter.
4. Detect inks characteristics as needed (e.g. Abrasion Resistance, fading, etc.).
Notice
Make sure the input voltage is AC 220V and the control voltage is 24V DC.
• Note that the maximum printing width of the device is 110mm (customizable) and the speed range is 0~ 260m/min.
• Periodically calibrate equipment to maintain Accuracy (delta value less than 0.5).
• When using relevant instruments, follow operating instructions to ensure data accuracy.
