Principle
When the instrument measures the surface roughness of the workpiece, first place the Sensor on the surface of the workpiece to be measured, and start the instrument for measurement. The internal precision drive mechanism drives the Sensor to slide along the measured surface in a straight line with constant velocity. The Sensor senses the asperity through the built-in sharp stylus. The displacement of the stylus changes the Inductance of the Sensor Inductance coil, and generates an analog signal proportional to the measured surface roughness at the output end of the phase-sensitive detector. The signal is amplified and converted into the data collection system. The DSP chip digitally filters and calculates the collected data. The measurement results are given on the display, and can also be output to the printer or communicate with the PC.
Applications
Processing industry, manufacturing, testing, commodity inspection and other departments, mainly suitable for on-site inspection of large workpieces and production lines, as well as verification of inspection, Measurement, commodity inspection and other departments
Standards
ISO、DIN、ANSI、JIS
