Overview
Rwg-00/300 coil drawdown blade Coater is a continuous experimental Automatic Film Applicator with unwinding, scraping, bonding and winding functions. The film width is 300mm and the wet film thickness is 0.005-3mm. It is suitable for hot-melt adhesives, self-adhesive, plaster, etc. The equipment adopts PLC control and HMI operation, which is convenient and easy to use.

Principle
The equipment adjusts the unwinding tension by controlling the torque of the unwinding shaft, adjusts the unwinding tension by controlling the torque of the reeling shaft, and realizes belt control with the swirl/spin linear speed of the main drive roller. The drying oven uses electric heating air, and the hot air heats and dries the substrate. When applying glue, adjust the thickness of the glue through the handwheel on the swirl/spin coating roller frame. The specific Film thickness is determined according to the indication of the percentage table.

Steps
1. Place the substrate on the discharge rack.
2. Adjust the glue width adjustment device as needed.
3. Adjust the gluing Film thickness according to the dial indicator by swirling/spinning the left and right handwheels on the rubber roller rack.
4. Drag the substrate by hand between the upper and lower rollers of the traction roller.
5. Tighten the handwheel on the rack to make the rubber ring of the upper roller of the traction roller come into contact with the lower roller.
6. Set parameters through PLC and Touchscreen, and start the device for Spreader, lamination and winding.

• Operating Environment Temperature should be 10 ℃~ 40 ℃, Humidity should be 30~ 90% RH.
• Power frequency is 380V, 50Hz, three-phase five-wire system.
• The air source pressure should be maintained at 0.5 to 0.8 MPa.
• Please pay attention to safety protection when operating, and the equipment is equipped with an emergency stop button.
• Spreader liquid type is suitable for hot-melt adhesive, pressed gelatin, etc.
• The maximum discharge and receipt diameter is 300mm, and the winding bearing capacity is 50KG.
