Overview
HUITAI VO-16020 (0.9CF) Vacuum oven is a 30L volume laboratory equipment, widely used in biochemistry, chemical and pharmaceutical, medical and health, agricultural research, environment protection and other fields. It is suitable for powder drying, baking and disinfection and sterilization of various Glass containers, especially for fast and efficient drying of heat sensitive, easy analysis, easy oxidation substances and complex components.
Features
The heating element is located at the top, bottom, left and right sides and back of the oven to distribute heat evenly in a vacuum environment.

Principle
The Vacuum creates a vacuum environment by extracting air in a closed chamber and heating it with heating elements distributed on multiple sides of the box (or at the bottom of the Shelf). Under vacuum conditions, the boiling point of water is reduced, so that moisture or solvents in the material can be quickly removed at lower temperatures, which is especially beneficial for drying heat-sensitive substances. At the same time, the equipment can be filled with inert gases to protect oxygen-sensitive substances.

The technical parameters were tested under the conditions of Ambient Temperature 20 ℃, 50% RH, no load, no strong magnetic field and no vibration.
Steps
1. Put the items to be processed in the drying oven.
2. Close the box door.
3. Connect the Vacuumpump through the KF25 interface for vacuuming operation.
4. If an inert environment is required, nitrogen and other gases can be passed through the inert gas intake valve.
5. Set the required temperature and timing time through the PID controller.
6. Start the equipment to start the drying process.
7. Internal samples can be observed through double-decked Glass doors and built-in LED lights.
8. After the process, after the equipment is chilled down, release the vacuum first and then open the box door to remove the sample.

• Before use, please ensure that the power supply is AC110V 60HZ and use an American standard plug.
• The power of the device is 600W (110V), please ensure that the circuit load capacity is sufficient.
• The shelf load is 5kg, please do not overload.
Equipment is equipped with leakage switch and overheating alarm system, please pay attention to its status during operation.
• Test in a vacuum environment for more than 24 hours, please ensure that the sealing of the vacuum system is good.
• When moving the device, formal casters can be used, but they need to be operated smoothly.
• Technical parameter test conditions are Ambient Temperature 20 ℃, relative humidity 50%, no load, no strong magnetic, no vibration, actual use conditions may affect performance.
