HUITAI VO-16050 (1.9CF) Vacuum oven is a 50L volume equipment, widely used in biochemistry, chemical and pharmaceutical, medical and health, agricultural research, environment protection and other fields, suitable for powder drying, baking and disinfection and sterilization of various Glass containers. Especially suitable for drying heat-sensitive, easy analysis, easy oxidation substances and complex ingredients for fast and efficient drying treatment.
Features
Five-side heating (model 16020/16050), the heating elements are located at the top, bottom, left and right sides and back of the oven, evenly distributing heat in a vacuum environment.
2. Shelf heating (model 16092/16213), the heating element is located at the bottom of the Shelf, which can dissipate heat uniformly under vacuum.
3. Temperature stability of +/- 1 ℃.

Principle
The Vacuum oven generates heat in a closed chamber through a built-in heating element (distributed on five sides or at the bottom of the Shelf depending on the model), and at the same time uses the Vacuumpump system to pump the interior of the chamber to a vacuum state (Vacuum Level ≤ 133Pa). In a vacuum environment, the boiling point of water is reduced, so that the moisture or solvent in the material can be quickly removed at a lower temperature, which is especially beneficial for drying heat-sensitive substances. The device can also be filled with inert gases such as nitrogen through an inert gas intake valve to provide a protective atmosphere for the sample.

The technical parameters were tested under the conditions of Ambient Temperature 20 ℃, 50% RH, no load, no strong magnetic field and no vibration.
Steps
1. Place the items to be processed on the shelf of the drying oven liner.
2. Close the double-decked Tempered Glass Door to ensure good sealing.
3. Set the required drying temperature (RT~ 150 ℃) and timing time (1~ 9999min) through the PID temperature controller.
4. If you need a vacuum environment, connect the Vacuumpump to the KF25 air extraction port, and start the Vacuumpump to vacuum to the required pressure (mechanical pressure gauge display).
5. If an inert gas environment is required, nitrogen and other gases can be filled through an inert gas intake valve with a diameter of 10mm.
6. Start the heating, the device starts to work, and the internal sample can be observed through the LED light bar.
7. After drying is completed, the equipment may automatically stop or issue a prompt according to the settings, release the vacuum first and then open the door to take out the sample.
Notice
• Before use, please ensure that the power supply is AC110V 60HZ and use the matching American standard plug.
• The maximum load-bearing capacity of the shelf is 5kg, please do not overload.
Equipment is equipped with a leakage switch and overheating alarm system, do not block the ventilating port during operation.
• When filling with inert gas, ensure that the operating environment is well ventilated.
• When moving the device, the bottom casters can be used, but they need to be pushed smoothly.
• When cleaning, please disconnect the power supply and wipe with a soft cloth to avoid the use of corrosive cleaners.
